Processing time covers order verification, fabric cutting and preparation, and packing. It does not include shipping transit time.

Transit time is an estimate provided by the carrier and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, peak seasons, or other unforeseen events may occasionally affect delivery.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing time (1–2 business days) + Shipping transit time (3–5 business days).

Most orders arrive within 4–7 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order requirement to qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website. If tracking does not update within 3 business days, contact us at info@carolinalinensoffer.my.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Taxes

We do not collect sales tax on any orders. The price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay.
