Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

Items that arrive defective or incorrect qualify for return regardless of the above, provided you contact us within the 30-day window.

Custom-size products are eligible for return only if they arrive defective or if the size does not match the measurements you provided at checkout. We are not responsible for measurement errors on the customer’s side.

We do not charge restocking fees, reset fees, or any additional handling fees.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@carolinalinensoffer.my with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. For defective or incorrect items, we include a prepaid return label. For change-of-mind returns, we provide the return address and you arrange shipping with your own carrier.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection and approval: 1–2 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refund to original payment method: 7–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to receive the replacement.
